Problem with Bluetooth keyboard

Hello,

 

I have a Keys to go keyboard to use with my iPhone. The problem is that when
I press the space bar to separate 2 words, it writes the letter a instead of
leaving a space between words.

Does anyone have any idea what happens and what can I do to solve it?

Hello,

I can’t speak for your second question because I haven’t experienced that 
issue.  If you want to get out of an app press control vo plus the letter h is 
correct.  Press the letter h twice quickly and it should let you out.  Hope

I did find a setting under Accessibility/Keyboard/Hardware Keyboards that I was 
unaware of. It says Key Repeat, I set this to off and have had no more problems 
with repeated letters when typing.

It works now that I rebooted the device. Others have said that when this 
happens to switch VoiceOver off and then back on again instead of always 
rebooting. I love it, I am using it with my 6th gen iPod and my Apple TV 4th 
gen. May try it with my PC too.

Were the batteries included? The only time I have ever seen that was when the 
batteries were going dead. A fresh set eliminated the issue. I have the K480 
and absolutely love using it with my iPhone 6S+, iPad Mini 4, and Apple TV 4.

Sorry, if this is already answered.

It's annoying but easily solved. Simply click your Home button 3 times 
to remove VoiceOver, then again to put it back (after a short pause) and 
you should be fine.



BTW: I'm assuming that your Tripple click Home is set to re-load VO. If 
not, you may need to check that out first in Settings, VoiceOver.

I rebooted the Ipod and it seems to be working now. Any tips on using this 
thing? I have never owned one before. Something about the command/option keys? 
Is there a site that I can go to to learn how to do more with this keyboard?

Thank you. My Amazon keyboard worked the other day and today all typing was the 
double letter stuff. Tried forgetting and pairing it again with no luck.  
Turning VO off and back on did the trick.
Of course, I discovered after setting up my new 6S and entering all the 
passwords with the onscreen keyboard.
I prefer to navigate with the screen but like the keyboard for long messages or 
complicated passwords.

After updating my IPod, (I always do that first so if there is a serious 
problem it won't affect my phone) the apple blue tooth keyboard is unusable for 
data entry. You can double tap and navigate. When typing I get double character 
entry. Has anyone seen this and do you know of a work around or setting I can 
use. I can't do book searches or enter my id or passwords...

hey guys:
Not sure if this will work universally, but turn the screen curtain off to get 
the bluetooth keyboard to enter text in edit fields using IOS9.
Works on my IPhone 5C.
It’s a 3 finger triple tap to toggle the screen curtain on and off.
I just picked up a logitech k810 and ran into the bug which doesn’t allow you 
to enter text in a field with voiceover on...I tried turning the screen curtain 
off and it works perfectly everytime.

There is no fix really. The best you can do is upgrade your iPod, through the 
iOS beta program, to iOS 9.1 beta. Maybe it will be fixed there.
