RE: Difference in Volume between Ring Tone and Text Tone

2021-02-11 Thread Simon A Fogarty
Hey, I just asked because I'm pretty sure I'd be confused,
What is that the phone or the birds in the trees.

Mind you a bird tried steeling my sushi out of my hand today and got a smack
on the side of the head,
So birds aren't my favourite thing.

Simon, your question made me laugh. It is not difficult to tell the difference
between real birds and my ring tones because I am familiar with the patterns in
the two ring tones. Besides, if I am outside on our screened in porch and the
cell phone rings from our bedroom, I will not run in to grab it. That’s what
voice mail is for.

Not that I am aware of.
Though, you could see if you could make the volume of each file the same before
uploading them to your phone?

Since ringtones are small files, if you send them to me off list at
richardturne...@outlook.com
I could see about getting the volumes to match and send them back to you.

One thing to try is to momentarily select a different ringtone and then select
the original one.
You may also want to then power off and back on the phone.
I think that is what worked for me.
That amounts to a virtual kick in the behind, grin.

One thing to try is to momentarily select a different ringtone and then select
the original one.
You may also want to then power off and back on the phone.
I think that is what worked for me.
That amounts to a virtual kick in the behind, grin.
