You are correct. And since Prizmo is not designed to be a text reading app, it will take a little work to get it pasted in. I'd recommend rather exporting the text from prizmo and putting all of it in Voice Dream Writer, or all into notes, or any other text editor of your choice. Hi all, I need some help please. I typed some notes that I need for a Society of the Blind meeting I'm running tomorrow. It's a really, really bad idea to store anything of importance in iCloud. If you decide to switch operating systems, it is difficult if not impossible to move your data. I would suggest something like Google Drive which is accessible from Windows, OS X, Gnu/Linux, Android, iOS, and Chrome. Hi Lori, If you choose the creating new document functionality in Prizmo, rather than the quick capture mode, you can keep adding new pages to your document. Then, when you are done, you will find on the Prizmo main screen your new document and when you going to it you will see the different pages. However, because you are speaking of forms, please be aware that once you have processed your scans, i.e., OCR, then, all the formatting will be gone and you will only have the text. This means that you will not be able to reuse these forms as forms. So, you may choose to have the form scanned so that you can read them, but, also, you may choose to take an image of the forms which will maintain all the formatting and can be reused. As for where you will want to keep these forms that will depend upon how secure you feel your phone is. Prizmo can store these forms perfectly well for you and, if you have Prizmo linked to iCloud, your forms should be stored safely there too! Hi Lori, You can very easily send Prizmo documents to Dropbox. Just double tap on the document and select Export. You are presented with a menu which includes the following: Send by mail Send message Open In Select Open In. prizmo now asks you to choose an export format, select the one you want, e.g. Prizmo document, text, PDF etc. If you scanned a business card, it may also give you the option to export as a VCard. After you make your selection you get a menu where you can choose where you want to export to. This usually includes Airdrop (if you have an Airdrop capable device) and if you have Dropbox installed, one option will be to Open in Dropbox. Select this and you will then get a screen where you can edit the file name if you wish and you have the Save Location which is Dropbox. Double tap on Dropbox and you see a listing of all your Dropbox folders. At the bottom is a Create Folder button which let's you create a new folder if you wish. You can also double tap an existing folder and when it opens you can create a new subfolder in it by once again using the Create Folder button. Once you are in the folder you want, double tap on the Choosebutton at the bottom right to select it. If you now check the Save Location it will not say Dropbox any more, but announce whichever folder you selected. Now double tap on Save at the top left of the screen and your document will be saved in that folder. Note that you are now in the Dropbox app and no longer in the Prizmo app, you can bring up the app switcher to return to the Prizmo app and you'll be back in your document so use the Documents button at the top left to go back to the main Prizmo page. Now dropbox will read my documents when I go into the folder I created and to the document I want to view right?
