I'm glad I was able to help. It's an expensive app to just give up on
although thankfully, we now at least have cheeper alternatives to choose
from. I expect the developers of KNFB Reader will have some more tricks up
their sleeves to stay relevant so the ap is certainly staying on my iPHONE.

the Voice Dream Scanner Beta from the link below as it blows KNFB out of the 
water:

unable to get into knfb reader

Hello: for reading items I have been using Third Eye; but it has stopped
working. I have knfb reader installed but when I try opening it I am thrown
out. I called support and left a message but I have not heard from them. Any
ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am running the most recent version of
ios with a six I phone.
