Re: Wednesday 12 September for new iPhone?
Yeh later year (October) is looking pretty likely for iMac. Don't think you'll see it September as they don't want to take too much hype from iPhone/iPad and keep the two Separate. And vice versa. Also, some of the rumours are saying we may see iPhone announced 12th September but not actually released until 21st September when it's available. So still gives everyone some time to save a few more dollars for it,lol :) Interesting hands on video of the new iPhone/iPhone 5/whatever it gets called. http://www.macrumors.com/2012/07/30/hands-on-video-of-next-generation-iphone-5-enclosure/ And also a media event all but confirmed for 12th September as well - http://www.macrumors.com/2012/07/30/apple-media-event-all-but-confirmed-for-mid-september-iphone-launch-likely/ As always,...take it with a grain of salt,..lol. We'll see it when it's in our hot little hots (or on the shelves) and limited quantities,...hehe ;) Kind regards Daniel --- Daniel Kerr MacWizardry Phone: 0414 795 960 Email: daniel AT macwizardry.com.au Web: http://www.macwizardry.com.au **For everything Apple** On 31/07/2012, at 11:03 AM, Stephen Chape wrote: Thank you Carlo, Yes .. a few reports have pointed to October so I am just waiting it out. Re: Wednesday 12 September for new iPhone?
WAMUGers be aware there is a scam email text message doing the rounds. Get a free iPhone 5 to Test and keep. I received one of the emails yesterday. Be first to Test and keep Apple's new iPhone 5... If you receive one of these emails... Delete it! Don't click on any image or link in the email. If you receive a text message on your phone with a code or address link to click... Don't Just delete the message. Otherwise you will receive a lot of spam. Re: Wednesday 12 September for new iPhone?
I was on what I thought was quite a legitimate website yesterday (can't recall which one now). I saw a pop up offering iPhone 4S for $150.00. When I clicked on it there was a count down for some at $29.95. I got off that site quick smart.
