I finally found: http://www.k-billing.com/ for invoicing and it has been a great help to me! I invoice my clients in it, take payments in it and at the end of the year for my accountant I print out the necessary reports from it. I also add my figures into Quicken along w/my expenses and my accountant gets printed reports from Quicken and K-Billing to do my taxes. There are nearly always free versions of MYOB on magazine cover discs here; is it not the same in the States?Maybe free versions on the site - these are usually fine for small activity. Microsoft has its Great Plains software. Not sure how much it costs retail, but I noticed it is included in my MSDN subscription... Very few magazines here have free versions of commercial programs. They tend to have trials or you don't get full versions which for something like MYOB that would be current tax tables. On the other hand we tend to pay in dollars what you pay in pounds which usually means we pay 45% less.
