has been put at the end of the tabs instead of at the beginning. Why is

I have changed both and still see no difference. I tried the rename but with no luck either. The only thing I can figure is that the page opens to something and redirects right away to what we see as the home page . . . just a wild guess. Aarrgghhh!!
