My comment was meant as innuendo. Didn't Motorola hire someone who used to be the WebObjects engineering manager to lead the development of a JavaScript framework persistence layer? Looks like they have worked mainly on the component stuff and not on the persistence layer, there's some code : https://github.com/Motorola-Mobility/montage/tree/master/data but not samples using it.
