IMO it would be good to do another release soon. There have been some 
important control input bugs that have been fixed (drag+drop, continue 
in fog if enemy sighted, etc.).


I don't see any reason why this next one can't be a release candidate 
for 1.12

I would support that timeline.  I think it would also be a good idea to
highlight Elvish_Hunter's recent work on a python GUI for wmllint, wmlscope
and wmlindent:

This would probably be of interest to a number of UMC authors who have yet
to attempt updating their stuff for the next stable release.
