[WestNileNet] Amama Vs Museveni: A Duel To The Death?

2014-06-22 Thread Hussein Amin
The perceived calm of the Prime Minister and President Museveni in regards
to the Mbabazi saga is only cosmetic...and temporary.
The looming reality is a dead-end ahead.
Those with experience and who have cared to analyze the options know it
already. The formation of the next cabinet will make it clear to those who
have any doubts.
With the Kyankwanzi resolution in full swing, we have the main
"ideological" counter measure to any brewing competition within NRM.
It now allows all sorts of initiatives, including underhand
measures, to take place countrywide.
For the main two actors, jumping out isn't a topic for discussion. Fighting
back with political rhetoric is futile (PM was on TV the other day talking
quite tough). Trying to contain the matter internally is also impractical
as trust is now extinct. It even seems that back-stabbing and undermining
competition is clearly the order of the day.
Basically, we now have a duel like in the good old cowboy movies, where we
wait to see who can draw fastest between the two.
There aren't many options at hand. You either flee or confront the other
conclusively.
Duels end with blood.

Re: [WestNileNet] WestNileNet Digest, Vol 70, Issue 4

2014-06-22 Thread Margaret Akulia
Brother Atiku,

Please accept apologies for the late response! The uncharacteristic delay
is attributed to being bogged down by co-piloting tasks. I am co-piloting
the people's agenda in South Sudan with the intention of creating a "domino
effect" minus the guns!!

There will be a bit more clarity and fuller information in coming
weeks/months/years but you have asked a very valid question. As a co-pilot,
I do know a fair amount about Riek and the other Titans and I continue to
get more reports - some through Titans involved in this fight to the death
and others through a well developed and tested "grapevine". Because of what
I know, I wasn't cheering for Riek's person but his seeming willingness to
ally with the people of South Sudan.

As I write, I am busy "cajoling" his group to let the people of South Sudan
map the way forward instead of his group murdering their way into power
which is the despicable way of the SPLA/M (Riek and Kiir included!!). I
have not minced words in telling that to their faces! However for now, I am
"cajoling" Riek's group and "plea bargaining" because they are more
reasonable wouldn't you agree?

That said, my wheedling and sweet-talk doesn't preclude a belligerent campaign
to discredit his group if their so-called democratic movement is a sham! I
will know soon enough and will keep ya'll in the loop if you are
interested. I hope this sheds a bit more light into my intentional and
"calculated" "clapping"!

Dear sister, are you sure you? really? know the man you are cheering? In
fact, it appears your cheers and boos are already over taken by the latest
events in the battle field. Find out!
