If we can get simpler ways of getting communities involved in agreeing how to regulate teacher and pupil behaviour. Iam in no position to estimate the number of candidates in primary and secondary , all over West Nile,who will be sitting for their exams this year.Some of the survey and research processes will probabaly take some time to conclude , be analysed and used to design strategies/approaches. I want to believe that if this trend of poor performance continues, we shall be experincing a near future, 5-15 year period with no persons from the region in key decision making positions in this country. We can all guess what that would mean for the development of West Nile.
