It could be implemented. It is not right now.
The only way to do it as the code is now without modifying the code is to
replace mediawiki:Filedelete-reason-dropdown with
{{mediawiki:Deletereason-dropdown}}. Then it would load from the other one (Its
disgusting that that works, but meh. I only thought of it because i noticed you
guys used parser funcs on the pages on commons).

Setting the limit parameter less than zero should produce only a “further results” link to a similar query via Special:Ask, however there are two problems: 1) The resulting link is missing most of the parameters of the original inline query. 2) Several result formats in the SemanticResultFormat extension override the getResult method from SMWResultPrinter in order to still print output even if there are no results, however they do so at the expense of the negative limit link feature, as well as a collection of other error handling code. The attached patch fixes both problems: 1) All parameters are added to the link. The limit is flipped to positive. 2) An additional argument is added to getResult for printing zero result queries which defaults to false. This is caused because enotif tries to send only a single email if a page is edited multiple times without the watcher viewing it. It doesn't catch everything you made tests for, but at least acts as a sane sanity check. Making a regex for generic url syntax that checks everything precisely starts to get icky rather fast, especially when considering in what places a colon can appear (seperating username password, the host/port, not to mention ipv6, etc). I don't think that using empty strings to indicate truth is a good idea (especially since empty strings are interpreted as false in both PHP and Javascript). I understand why it was built this way, since all the properties are universally set up as XML attributes (when in some cases they might make more sense as attribute values or full nodes). Unfortunately, this leaves our users with rather unintuitive data that requires more verbose code.
