What I've noticed is that it isn't enough to know that the deleted fields are suppressed or hidden from non-admins. If the deleted or suppressed fields happen to include the username/IP, then that needs flagging separately on [[Special:Contributions]]. In most places show/hide is visible, the edit is always visible to all; the show/hide in bold indicates some fields are hidden. In contributions though, the edit may _not_ be visible to others (as opposed to visible with hidden fields).
