TASK DESCRIPTIONWikibase Client should provide a dataview presenting structured information about a certain client page. This view should be based on the linked Wikibase Item, but customized (ordered/ filtered/…) for the local wiki. The data structure from the view should be clearly defined, so that we can easily adjust and further customize the way the view is composed at any time. Initially this would allow each wiki (with a default) to specify a sorted list of properties which are supposed to be included in this data view (similar to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Wikibase-SortedProperties). Given the guaranteed data format, we can at any point in time expand this data view or the way it is composed. They mostly copy templates and modules from big wikis. * Infoboxes make inconsistent or no use of semantic markup. This impacts discoverability and reusability by 3rd parties. * Infobox content is very hard to adapt to different form factors and use cases, because the content is closely tied to the page content. Gehel added a comment. comparing 6h of GC logs from before the reduction in heap size with 2h40m of GC logs after the reduction, here are a few observations: GC overhead increased from 6.74% to 8.12% allocation rate increased from ~900mb/sec to 1.2gb/sec (allocation rate is the rate at which the application creates objects, so not directly related to the change, but explains the GC overhead increase) the allocation rate is sufficiently different than what I noted earlier that I suspect I read it wrong the first time: In T175919#3609953, @Gehel wrote: allocation rate over that period is ~70MB/s (but probably peaks much higher, the updater has a fairly spiky workload over short periods of time) Allocating ~1gb/sec is definitely a high rate! We probably need to start taking out a profiler and see if we can optimize blazegraph. If the redirection will be stable and always point to the same resource at the same URL, we can use a 301 (permament). I think there might be some type confusion. When updating the value, statementview propagates the claim’s qualifiers to the qualifier listview:
this._qualifiers.option( key, value.getClaim().getQualifiers() );
value.getClaim().getQualifiers() is a wikibase.datamodel.SnakList, which has a length and an array of _items, but is not itself an array. But listview seems to expect an array directly, or at least something subscriptable:

this._addLiValue( value[ i ] );
}

(Show Details) CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTIONAfter saving a new statement, qualifiers and references don’t have the `wikibase-snakview-abcd1234…` class with the hash. I suspect this might be because they’re in a generic `wikibase-listview`, which might not propagate the full change. However, this may have implications for T171027: "2062 Read timeout is reached" DBQueryError when trying to load specific users' watchlists (with +1000 articles) on several wikis. That's true (at least for WMF), but as long as it's RC_EXTERNAL in core (not even documented to be Wikidata-y), not (hypothetically) RC_WIKIBASE_TYPE in Wikibase, we can't rely on that. So AFAICT, it's best to move everything here to use rc_source. The IN would at best be a range condition (although im not sure mariadb would see it that way because it cant tell its a contiguous range). Usually the range has to be the rightmost part of the index we're using, so i dont think that would work, as the idea is to segregate the table by putting the wikidata stuff by putting that at the leftmost part of the index. (It could maybe do index merge or we could manually UNION, but it seems like mariadb doesnt usually choose that path, and im not sure thats really ideal given how many rows the query already has to look at). We could have a (rc_source) index (there is already (rc_timestamp)). Or perhaps both (rc_source) and (rc_source, rc_timestamp).
