What a great way to make folk like your site's colour scheme if so! :-)
Bob, yes...I actually played around with the idea back in January, and
made a half-finished experiment here

I'd be very interested in the outcome of your investigations Patrick, as I
have had a quick 'play' and found it actually quite hard to select anything
worthwhile. Also, it seems quite a job to allow for such things as text
becoming 'invisible' if you choose the wrong combination of text and
background colour! (the thought of going through every option to check isn't
very encouraging! :-)

But it em is em intriguing!

Keep me (us) informed?

I understand (from my not very useful trawl of Google) that these are
systemnames.
What's this all about? Would it be useful, and if so, when?
I use it for SAMP tag to fake user's window color and font.
It works perfectly with Firebar
(http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=node/view/7135).
It might be useful for custom form gadgets (slider).

Are they
standards compliant?
Yes.

Or WYSIWYG and similar interfaces.

Thank you (all).

Does this mean that, if I emonlyem use systemcolors on a site, the site
