[xmail] IMAP Support?

2006-07-18 Thread Will Du Chene

Is anyone out there using an IMAP server with Xmail?

I read a couple of the articles on the xmailserver.org site, but have not
had a great deal of luck with them, as the platform that I was using was
FreeBSD. It seemed that either Courier did not want to compile correctly,
or that the link between the dbmail server and xmail (via mailproc.tab)
just did not want to work.

I was wondering if there was another way to do it? At some point in the
future, will Xmail support Imap?

Thanks in advance.

[xmail] IMAP Support?

2004-04-10 Thread RaveRod

Hey guys. I've been away for awhile and haven't really followed the development
lately.

I'm using v1.18 at the moment and I must say, it's running very nicely.

I'm curious about the position of IMAP support in XMail? Is it coming in version 2
or what?

I'm not pushing for it, just we now have a new 120GB hard-drive so our server is
not capable of IMAP support (meaning my users won't bitch to me about adding
it). I don't want to have to change our mail server to another because I've really
grown to love XMail.

Please, any information?
