Job Order Number: 7149 Job Title: Information Designer- Team Lead Description: Job Purpose/ Description: For a SoA platform that generates customized retirement plan enrollment materials in PDF and HTML, provide functional specifications for maintenance and enhancements to both the output documents/code and the platform itself. Includes business requestor and developer interaction and followup, with light user acceptance testing. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Serve as a team leader/project manager and focal point for print/web functional design and developer-coded deliverables. - Work with business sponsors, marketing communications, and project team to clarify and refine project goals, requirements, competitive analysis, user goals, target audience, use cases, and measurement criteria. - Communicate solution to business sponsors, marketing communications, and developers using site maps; wireframes, prototypes, page mockups; functional design specifications, and change controls. - Work closely with Development to ensure correct implementation, including creating test plans and performing acceptance testing. - Provide insightful feedback, design, and follow-through on design and process improvements. Required education/experience: * 4-6 years Knowledgeable in: - requirements-gathering and functional specifications - wireframing/prototyping - web and print usability - team leadership and project management Software Skills: - Fireworks - Dreamweaver - Photoshop - Visio - MS Office - Experience with Desktop publishing, Quark XPress, and/or DeskNet ContentWelder a plus *3.
