I feel the same way. The Presidency, House, and Senate are in the GOP

Unfortunately techno here in DC is slim to non-existent. There are no
decent record stores anymore. There are two larger clubs--Nation and Club
Five that feature electronic dance music but they mainly book house,
progressive, trance, or jungle dj's. Richie and Magda were just at Nation
last
layed
locally but last year there was a mass exodus and they all moved out of town
(including 313's own Tristan Watkins..) so now we don't even have that.

I was there as well and agree, it was a great night. They were both here
last summer (well in Baltimore) at a July 4th party and it was so-so. I

We got a pretty cheap room at the Courtyard hotel last year. It is a block
or two away from Hart Plaza. Definitely preferred that over the
Pontchartrain where I experienced the worst hotel service I think I have
ever had in my life.
