This info is nearly correct, except those were two entirely separate
releases. None of the material on the Black Buildings EP is on Excerpts, and
they are both well worth having. So don't just get Excerpts thinking you
have it all, get them both - they are lovely!

Janne,
Here's a list of my favourite record shops around town. For what you want,
you are best off visiting Smallfish and Atlas (vinyl only), then Ambient
Soho and Rough Trade. For older stuff, Reckless soho or Music and Video
Exchange Camden which are excellent second hand shops.
Selectadisc,
I figure this has gotta have some 313 appeal even tho he's from LA...
Just picked up John Tejada - The Matrix of Us out now on Defocus.
It's lovely! Gorgeous, soulful, funky melodies. Up to the usual high Defocus
standard.
I got Little Green Lights and Four Inch Faders a while ago and despite
More on John T...
I'm just now listening again to Little Green Lights and Four Inch Faders.
Well, I have to say I prefer The Matrix of Us, but in all fairness this is a
great techno album. Much more danceable, still there's plenty of soul there.
Must've not been in the mood the first time round.
Hi,
Anybody know where the Plus 8 thing is happening in London? It's supposed to
be happening next Saturday, surely they must have a venue by now. It's not
on the website, that's all I know. I'm just worried that all those in the
know will be buying tickets like crazy already.

of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one.' There is a
tradition in many groups that, once this occurs, that thread is over, and
whoever mentioned the Nazis has automatically lost whatever
Hmm. My suspicions entirely. I wish somebody would settle this.
For my part, I asked after a cd version of this release from Hedonizm
records in Brighton, a very well-stocked mail order company, and they told
me there was no cd release. Which is a pity if it's true.

Those are all good, but I'd definitely add Rough Trade in Neal's Yard,
Covent Garden (It's in the basement of a skatewear shop), it's one of the
best.

Colin Dale is great, I used to listen to the Abstrakt Dance on Kiss FM in
London way back in 1989. Wish I'd known about the internet broadcasts while
they were still on but this is the first I've heard of them :(
I picked up the Outer Limits comp on Colin's Kickin records second hand the

I found this on mp3.com from Eevo-Lute artists TV99AD -

There's some pretty good stuff there, if you like the Eevo-Lute sound, check
it out.
