No - I have the one you are speaking about on av8. It's actually listed as
the artist and the label like User - Recycled Loops on Recycled Loops.
Sounds like this, which does sound alot like User, but I can see this sound

Tribal techno is very percussive techno - I'd like to say that even some of
it (like a few Recycled Loops tracks, for example) has an almost Latino feel
to it. Tribal techno is also referred to as Drum Trax. Some of it uses
African or Tribal voice samples, such as Samuel L. Sessions'
