White Stripes has nothing to do with Derrick May, but they are from Detroit.
Shit if they paid well enough he'd do a remix no doubt.
Alan Oldham told me last year at DEMF that he'd tried to book White Stripes
for the festival, but for one reason or another it didn't work out...

Last week I posted some info for the Derrick May forum on the Sounds Like
Techno site, the forum has been pushed back a week - details below.
The time below is Sydney/Melbourne time so for anyone elsewhere that would
be sometime Saturday evening Detroit time, just so you guys can get some
idea.
