A quick question for everyone. A friend of mine is looking to get rid of his Numark pro tt2 turntables and both very cheap say $300 for both. Should I pick them up? What are some disadvantages? Any help would be appreciated. __ Do you Yahoo!?

I was sort of the first kid on the block to get ahold of brand new tt1's a few years back, and I like wise got a good price on them. There are a few perks to having tt1's (and tt2s could only be an improvement i would guess)Like sean was saying, they can spin backwards and the digital readout

My experience with the TT2's has been limited to a couple of the DJ shops that utilize them for listening stations. Initially they look well designed and built. The digital pitch readout is one feature I'd like to see on the next-generation Technics (if such a thing ever comes along). The
