Ya, this is the definition given in the vast majority of cases, and it
sounds alright to me. But it's interesting to hear differing
definitions from people from around that time .

I think we talked about (or at least mentioned) Maestro a couple of
weeks ago when the DVD landed.
It's a worthwhile documentary to own, I find any look back like that to
be inspirational (like Tim Lawrences book 'Love saves the day'). Some
