hi folks. i just picked up this EP at my local vinyl shop... Sueno
Latino [S12DJ106]. it's got one derrick may remix and another mix called
the paradise version. in both versions you can hear that m. goettsching
E2-E4 sample. what is the story behind m. goettsching's original track and
im finally getting around to getting a copy of derrick mays rmx of sueno
latino. i noticed hes got a record with 3 mixes of sueno latino. can
anyone tell me if the other two mixes are worth spending double. or should
i just get the single long sided mix??

Also, I did hear a track that Jeff Mills played over here a few weeks ago
that sounded vaguely like another remix of the Sueno Latino riff, this
time
it was very electronic sounding ala Future Sound Of London - Lifeforms and
had a major breakdown and buildup in the middle section
sounds a bit like the E2E4 to me...
