Hi listmembers,
I'm also looking for more house. However, I have some very specific
tracks to mix with. Not too abstract but certainly not the
norm. Some vocals.

think you might... What about Steve Bug?
Since you want specific records, the first one that
occurs to me is Egoexpress, Here Comes the Night.
The Steve Bug name reminded me of Common Factor (Nick Calingaert).. did
anyone mention him yet? great house!! Plenty of funky electronics in
it.
early (first 15 or so) svek releases might interest you.
minimal, dubby, snythetic. the first brommage dub release
(sK013) is really good and has been re-released very recently.
impossible to find the early stuff on vinly.
Ditto that.. one of my favorites is Jesper Dahlbäck - The Persuader
I was just listening to one of the Common Factor EPs on Tactile about 5
minutes ago. Great stuff as are his releases on Planet E. Good call...

Oh... and take a look at the new dutch (deep) house label called Spring
Collective (http://www.springcollective.com).
I've been buying a lot of soundslike stuff (mathew herbert's label), great
house. Some artists :
Soft pink truth, phil parnell ( barcelona ), doogymoto, ...

I'm looking for more house music. the stuff I'm into right now is some of

and some of the paperclip people stuff (house?) etc.

Basically, I am looking for house that is more synthetic rather than organic
sounding, mostly non-vocal, stuff
btw, what is the 2nd (?) record I remember Carl Craig mixed records on the 2nd
half of Gilles show, after interviewing about Detroit Experiment. The track
had a really tribally thing going with vocals, for quite a while, and then
finally a deep analog sound kick comes under it, no bass I
