If it's crowd reaction you're talking about, setting up long breakdowns and
pumping your fist in the air when the kick comes in seems to work pretty
well,
even if it's a cheap trick.
The true heads aren't swayed by cheap theatrics, but then they'll be with
you if the tracks are

I'm not a fruityloops hacker -- I can see where it would be cool but
I've got my plate full with other methods. I have watched Tony Rohr
work fruityloops to excellent effect, and his setup is much simpler
than what you're contemplating.
Tony sets up a fruityloops song with something like 75-80
