Important POSIX e.g. for "" for e.g. //hostname/path could be an
disadvantage.
I didn't read all FAQs, but they seem to be very important, resp.
"Bourne-Again Shell" might be the right choice.
POSIX standard seems to be less important for users,

typo, maybe "I'll unsibscribe sonm" or what ever

some users on that list seems to be fine with writing shell scripts. I'm
still not fine with it and endeavour to avoid non-POSIX style while
learning how to write those scripts.
Today "Obsession - Open Busy Session Handler version 0.5" come into
being, it's my second shell script :).
