To solve your problem do the following:
Put the cursor on the item which you want to check the properties of,
Press the applications button, and press up arrow, chose properties
and press Enter,
Here Press " Jaws key or Insert with B"
Hope it helps,
If it doesn't solve your problem plea
use Insert+B or Insert+ctrl+W to read the window.
