Yes initially, I got the same message that says there are not form fields.
However, here is how I got this worked. I jumped to Assistive Technologies
using H and then browsed down to Flash movie where I found a button says
Cheapest Mobile Phone by hitting Enter, video got played.
I don't think there is any such UGC circular.
