Can someone discuss the differences of Jaws and NVDA portable versions? I
understand, portable jaws actually requires some kind of installation. But we
can just plug in the pen drive and run NVDA. Please discuss.

You are correct. More over, if you burn an auto run CD of portable NVDA, it
starts to work after simply inserting the CD. While running through pen
drive, you have to go to its EXE file without speech support.

I am using NVDA portable and jaws portable in my office. we have to install
the freedom scientific video intercept driver to use the jaws portable
version. No special driver is needed for NVDA portable. the snapshot
versions of NVDA works very well with internet explorer and mozilla firefox.

order to work at college level, you may have to have phd from an us university
and it is very rare to appoint someone with a degree abroad.
I think, this key combination works only when if switch to the "quick keys
on" mode. So please try it after switching on to this mode by pressing
