Yes, you can use other TTS if you have them.
If you don’t like the default voice, you can first try the different variants
of eSpeak from the “Voice setting” Dialogue box found under the NVDA Menu
(Insert+N).
The only other free TTS voices are Mike and Mary -available from Microsoft.

The option of "Paste Special" in Excel is not available with "Cut"
option. In order to activate this option of Paste Special, one needs
to copy the ranges and not Cut the range.

I use the simple go to dialogue box in excel for selecting multiple cells.
Press ctrl+g and then type in the edit box b1:u1 and hit enter. It will
select the desired cells. For non-contiguous cells use a comma, say for
instance, b1:b4,b8,b12
