1 whether the jaws video intercept is installed properly.
2 that ur notepad is maximized and word rap is checked
3 also try restarting jaws, it might help.
and yeah, as our friend said, do crosscheck with that font size thingy

On 5/28/10,
Check your Font and Font Size. JAWS doesn't read too large fonts. If
everything is alright, you may need to repair/re-install JAWS. I had to do
so when faced with a similar issue.
