If you are a jaws user and specially you use jaws 14 then, you can
also use place markers for selecting big blocks of text.
Just keep your curser on the starting character from where you want to
begin copying, press control + windows + k.
Jaws will say "marking place" after that simpally pre

windows8 is equal to windows7 in accessability only your friend will
