1. Open the Settings app.
2. Navigate to Time and Language in the list of Settings options.
3.Select Language and Region from the next list.
4. The above can be quickly achieved by typing Language in the Start menu
search bar and selecting the Language Settings option from the Search results.
Have you tried to remove additional languages from language settings?
You can press window key to go to the start menu then type language.
Screen reader will say language settings. After that hope you will
follow screen reader's instructions.
