if it has been printed without the name? can we do it online? or do we
need lawyers for the same.

I think, the college is perfectly correct in this point that the scribe
should be one year younger and should not have the same stream.
Actually, let me justify this with a incident with me. Happened when I
completed my class 12TH (pluss 2).
So, I also took the scribe for the CBSE boards.
