You need to do two things to be able to type in Hindi.
1. In control panel, region and language settings, install complex and right to
left languages.
2. And add Hindi devnagri keyboard.
To switch between languages, you normally need to press alt+shift.

I use jaws Hindi with my son at school. Though there are problems with
pronunciations of a few letters and a few letter combinations, it works fine
most of the other times.
Also, training our kids for mental math techniques, will help them get faster
at the same activity. Am tryin
