operate saving account with cheque book and ATM

instead of your thumb impression. Write an application to your
respected branch.

Yesterday I went in a bank to open a new account. And I asked them for ATM
and cheque book for the same.
but they told me we cannot issue your ATM and cheque book because of your
thumb impression.
I tried to explain to the bank manager but he was not ready to listen
anything
