Moto G6 is best in the range, offers latest processor which makes a
lot of difference when you use voice typing or any other vertual
assistant. Samsung is very accessible but it offers too many softwares
which we actually don't need and they end up draining the phone's
capacity. I don't recommend M

Within 15k the phones that would be the most accessible and require least
amount of hassel in terms of accessibility, setup and issues that exist now
or may crop in the future would probably phones that offer pure android
experience.

I've purchased J7Max this morning from Amazon. Its good working well.
price varies from site to site; on amazon it cost Rs 14900 and on
Flipkart its around 16000.

any phone of nokia except nokia 2, 3 and 5 (2018) models or any
samsung phone would be a good options.
the above said models are also accessible. but the problem i feel is
the media tech processor.
those are not good performers in my view.
