The CCPD court is handled by Babus and don't expect them to be very sensitive to problems faced by the Visually impaired. They correspond by letters like any Govt body. You are lucky to have received an email reply. In my 2 years of followup i never received an email reply. Plus this court has

Fully agreed Kartik. During my stint at Yahoo, we have helped re-building their website and even educated them at that point in time about accessible documents. I believe ministry should begin accessible India campaign right from their offices. I shall as well write an email to them.
