Yes we can join and contribute in NSS. I worked with NSS and
contributed in many social activities. I also participated in 10 days
annual camp. Now i have been called for delivering lectures in NSS
camps in Pune university colleges.

Yes even if you are a visually impaired you can join NSS. I worked in
NSS for a long time and received 4 certificates.

Most colleges and Universities offers NSS as part of their curriculum,
I think, NCC will not be applicable to Visually impaired persons, But
we can contribute to the NSS,
