assertive enough and perhaps developed enough to voice their concerns when it
comes to the fact that they are ignored in jobs and education and so on..

Just to add about the reservation in jobs: after Railway, CBSE has also
decided to follow the same path and in their recent recruitment notice,
there is one vacancy reserved for VH but only for those between 40% to 70%.
This clearly shows how the future could be for totally blind job
