Just to get things clear: we are talking about incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
The problems are:
1. The side links are in the form of menus, which do pose a challenge
while accessing with screen readers. This is post the login.
2. Filling ITR with Java utility is still not accessible, and last
year
Capcha is a problem and the audio capcha also does not help much as
the letters spoken are not clear.
I suggest that, while logging in, OTP option may be given in addition
to the image capcha.
