Go to "Trash Folder"
Select the mail by checking the check box and activate the "Move to Inbox"
button.
The mail will go to the Inbox

Go to trash folder from your inbox. Now press X till you reach the
mail that you want to move to inbox and check it by pressing Space Bar
on it. Now press B till you get "Move to inbox button", and press
enter on it, and you are done.

by mistake I had deleted an important mail which had moved to 'thrash'
