Is this lekha compatible with JAWS 13 and if it is then how to attach it

Dear Friends,
I want to use Jaws in such a way that, I should be able to read in
Hindi whenever and whatever I need. I have installed Lekhaa for Hindi
and whenever I use it, it reads in english with some words in Hindi.
Hence I request you to suggest me how to do this.
