Folks,
Often after closing a website when I try opening another one I am told that
Mozilla Firefox is already running and the requested website does not open. I
get an okay button clicking of which is useless. Can you please tell what I can
do?

Please go to windows task manager by presseing alt+control+delete
and go to the process and kill the process firefox.exe it should
work. It is working for me, or else try to reinstall the firefox.

It usually happens with Mozila. It doesn’t close with Alt F4. One needs to
quit it by a link to quit appearing in Mozila while closing a site.
