You will mostly get Redmi devices in 5000 range. The MiUI hides some
features of android accessibility suite. You can get it routed to stock
android from probably a cyber shop. Please do check on the availability of
the stock android for the phone before buying it if you want to go this
way. M
Under RS 5000 you will not get any accessible phone. Nowadays all mobile
rate jump high price. Minimum 8000to 10,000 you need to invest. Nokia and
moto currently giving near to stock Android support. Aur look per any
Android one devices.
