In the case of internal tv tuner card, my main concern is how much slow my
system would become. i think it would good amount of system resources while
the tv is on.
further, whether both external and internal cards give smooth and high
quality video?

actually the desktops are powerful then laptops. the desktops are able to
maintain heet but laptops are not kapable and the tv tuner cards need highre
processing.
