If the "Remove" button is disabled for certain add-ons, you may need to
uninstall them from Firefox Safe Mode. Please consider implementing the
following steps to get this done:
1. Open Firefox, and use the Alt key to access the menu bar options.
2. under the "help" menu, choose the option

as for my experience we cant uninstall the some of the add-ons
completely untill unless the brouzer removed
if not, you can disable the add-ons from the firefox add-ons manager
to do that follow the steps
1. open the firefox
2. press ctrl shift a

I have installed Webvisum with all the expert solution provided in the list.
I am here with a new issue; I am unable to remove istartsurf from
Mozilla browser. As far as my knowledge goes, it is a virus which
gets installed on its own and extracts all the browser information.
