I m not so aware ,but nothing seems to b wrong in insentivising such
marriages. the intentions behind ,extending material help to the
marrying disabled seem to b noble. because if both the spouses r
disabled ,they get double benefit. I mean ,if it does not hurt one's

This scheme does not make sense and will only increase the exclusion of
persons with disabilities in a society.
The scheme has been designed well to help low income couples, however a
better way to put it would be through some kind of tax rebate or even
welfare grants to help financially. But to
The prime object of the scheme is to encourage able-bodied people to
wed people with disabilities.
So, government is giving the clear cut message to the society that
don't marry out-of-love with disable but marry because you will get
the RS.5 !
