Hi friends I have a small doubt in ms word. If we insert columns in a word document, how can we type text in the right column leaving the left column. I mean, I want to type in the right column reserving the left column for future purpose. I am using MS office 2003. Thanks and regards Vamshi. G

If I got you accurately, press Ctrl+Right arrow in the document and JAWS will tell you i.e., Column one of three, keep pressing, it will tell you column two of three and so on. After you landed in the appropriate column, start edit, thank you. On 9/22/08, Vamshi. G [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hi

Hi Thank you very much for the concern. But, I'm afraid, ctrl right arrow and ctrl left arrow are not working. Or at least, I'm not hearing column 2 of 3 and so on. Or is it that I'm doing any other mistake. Sorry as I couldn't explain it correctly to some of my friends. I'm not talking about
